Student Responsibilities
Punctuality & Attendance: Students must arrive on time and attend
all classes regularly.
Uniform & Appearance: Proper school uniforms must be worn at all
times; personal grooming should reflect neatness and discipline.
Respect & Discipline: Students must respect teachers, staff, and
peers, avoiding any form of bullying, disrespect, or disruptive behavior.
Academic Integrity: Cheating, plagiarism, and dishonesty in
assignments or exams will not be tolerated.
Property Care: Students must respect school property and refrain
from vandalism or littering.
Parent Responsibilities
Communication & Cooperation: Parents must maintain open
communication with the school and attend meetings when required.
Timely Fee Payment: School fees should be paid promptly to ensure
uninterrupted learning for students.
Student Supervision: Parents should ensure their children complete
homework, follow school rules, and uphold discipline.
Pick-up & Drop-off: Parents should adhere to designated school
hours for dropping off and picking up their children.
General Regulations
No Bullying or Harassment: Any form of bullying, discrimination, or
harassment is strictly prohibited.
No Unauthorized Electronic Devices: Mobile phones and other
personal gadgets are not allowed without prior approval.
No Food & Drinks in Classrooms: Eating and drinking in classrooms
are not permitted to maintain cleanliness.
Emergency & Health Protocols: Parents must provide up-to-date
medical records and emergency contact details.

Fees Policy
Parents must make full payment of admission fees before submitting admission
forms. Parents vacating and returning within the same year must pay term fees
before resumption or admission fees upon reentry. Pupils must wear neat
school uniforms on specified days, with well-braided hairstyles; only cornrows
without attachments are allowed.
School fees may be adjusted annually. A minimum of 50% of fees must be paid
before entry to the premises. Parents must purchase textbooks and other
supplies from the school’s bookstore as needed. Pupils are responsible for
school property; damages will be compensated by parents, with repeat
offenses requiring additional replacements.
Pupils must display discipline on campus and in their communities. School
starts promptly at 7:00 a.m.; tardiness may result in pupils being sent home.
